WHO WE ARE & WHY WE DO THIS

We are sailors to the bone as much as people from a country without a sea can get.

We are also marketing people running own agency. And lastly we happened to become parents of two monsters, Adina was born in September 2013 and Hugo in June 2015. The thing is when you put these three together you realise these “disciplines” are very hard to combine if you want to do them all well.

After 10 years in advertising we realised we want a bit of break, restart if you like. And also, we, workaholics and party people, realised we enjoy being with the kids, watching them grow and discover the world together.

 So we got this crazy idea why not to take our kids on the boat and sail together? In the beginning our families thought we were joking. And we also thought if it is not too crazy. But after searching the internet we realised there are quite a few, not much, but a few families who have done it. So we set the date based on our childrens' age and here we are. 

We will set on the journey by participating in the rally of a lifetime GLY-world-odyssey.

​The journey is planned for 2 to 3 years. It depends on how much money we will have and how much we will be missing our home.  Our kids will turn 8 and 6 in the year 2021. This means we need to take care of their education on the boat. So before we set for the journey, we dedicated our web to the preparations - our feelings, right equipment, getting experience.
